The Soda Stand Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Gutsy, Inc dba Culture Pop Soda (Culture Pop) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
Membership is open only to individual persons (not businesses, resellers, or bots).
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a resident of the United States to participate.
Culture Pop reserves the right to exclude customers from the program or remove accounts for any reason, including conduct inconsistent with the program (such as harassment, abuse of customer service, or repeated returns).
Membership is void where prohibited by law. Culture Pop is not responsible for compliance with the laws of any jurisdiction from which a member accesses the program.

To participate in the program, Culture Pop collects personal data including your name and email address.
This data is collected to administer your account, track rewards, and provide program benefits.
Program data is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Culture Pop Privacy Policy. Members may exercise their applicable CCPA/CPRA and state privacy law rights regarding this data.
Rediem User Content Stipulation: By submitting User Content through the Rediem Rewards platform, you acknowledge that, per Culture Pop’s Terms of Service, you grant Culture Pop a perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, and distribute your content in any way Culture Pop sees fit. Your content may be shared with other users and third parties, including for commercial purposes.

Incentive Summary & Personal Data Collected: By joining our Rewards Program, you receive points and discounts in exchange for providing your name, email address, transaction history, and optional User Content.
Data Valuation: We estimate the value of your data to be reasonably equal to the financial benefits you receive, calculated by comparing the cost of managing program rewards against the sales value generated by participants.
Opt-In & Withdrawal Rights: You opt in by agreeing to account creation. You may opt out and forfeit accrued rewards at any time by contacting feelgood@drinkculturepop.com or managing your account settings.

Members are limited to one account per person.
Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts created with false information may be merged, suspended, or terminated at Culture Pop's discretion, resulting in the forfeiture of all points and benefits.
Culture Pop reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or gaming. This includes coordinated referrals, self-referrals, fake emails, bot activity, reseller behavior, and the manipulation of promotional offers.
If such activity is found, Culture Pop may revoke points, rewards, and membership without notice.

Points have no cash or monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, or combined across accounts, and are not the member's property. They are a revocable license issued by Culture Pop.
Starting September 30, 2026 points expire after 12 months of account inactivity (calculated on a rolling basis from the last "earn" date).
Points are earned only on eligible purchases and activities. Taxes, shipping, gift cards, subscription activation fees, and discounted or promotional purchases are excluded from earning points.
Returns, refunds, chargebacks, and order cancellations will result in a clawback of the points earned on that specific order. If the points have already been redeemed, Culture Pop may deduct an equivalent balance from the account or suspend the account pending repayment.
Culture Pop reserves the right to introduce or modify membership tiers and tier benefits at any time.

All rewards are subject to availability.
Culture Pop reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value.
Culture Pop may cap the number of a particular reward redeemed per member, per day, or in total.
Redemptions are final and non-refundable once processed. If a redeemed reward is out of stock, lost in transit, or cannot be fulfilled, Culture Pop's sole obligation is to refund the points or offer a comparable substitute.
Rewards cannot be resold, auctioned, or transferred. Any reward found for sale on a secondary market may be voided and the associated account terminated.

By joining the program, members consent to receive transactional communications about their account, such as points balances, tier changes, and reward availability.
Marketing and promotional communications are optional and require separate opt-in consent.

Culture Pop may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice.
Upon termination of the program, members will be given a 30-day wind-down period to redeem any remaining points before they are forfeited.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, there is no guarantee that the program will continue or that accrued points will be recognized by a successor, except as required by law.

Severability: If any provision of these program terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms will survive.
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with the Culture Pop Privacy Policy and any supplemental rules for specific campaigns, constitute the full agreement regarding the rewards program
