NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Culture Pop Soda ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.

2. TIMING: The Giveaway begins on 02/20/2026 at 12:00 AM ET and closes on 05/29/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER:

• Initial Entry: Complete and submit the official entry form during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) initial entry per person.
• Loyalty Program Enrollment: By submitting the entry form, you agree to be automatically enrolled in the Culture Pop Soda Loyalty Program. Membership is free.
• Bonus Entries (Redeem Points): Loyalty Program members may redeem accrued loyalty points for an additional entry into the Giveaway. 
• Limit: Each entrant is limited to a maximum of ten (10) bonus entries during the Entry Period. Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of ten (10) bonus entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. For mail-in entries, limit one (1) entry per properly stamped outer envelope.
• Earning Points: Points may be accrued through various activities within the Loyalty Program, including non-purchase activities (e.g., social media engagement, referrals), subject to the Loyalty Program’s standard terms.
• Alternate Method of Entry: Users may earn bonus entries by completing non-purchase activities in the Rediem platform. Alternatively, to enter the Sweepstakes and receive bonus entries without making a purchase or completing activities on the Rediem platform, you may submit a mail-in entry. Hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, phone number, valid email address, and date of birth on a plain 3” x 5” index card or piece of paper. • Mail-in Entry Rules:
• Each valid, correctly formatted mail-in entry received will count as one (1) bonus entry into the Sweepstakes drawing.
• Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Multiple entries submitted in the same envelope will be void.
• Maximum of ten (10) mail-in entries per person.
• All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 5/29/2026 and received no later than 6/7/2026.
• No mechanical reproductions, metered mail, or automated entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, postage-due, or misdirected mail. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. PRIZE: Five (5) winners will receive two (2) tickets each to see Noah Kahan perform at one (1) of the participating venues listed below. Tickets will be available to the winner at Will Call at the venue.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $798.00 per winner ($399.00 per ticket). Total ARV of all prizes combined: $3,990.00.
• Travel Not Included: Prize consists of tickets only. All transportation (including airfare and ground travel), accommodations, and meals are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Venue will be dictated by the winner's location. Winner may choose one (1) venue from the list of Participating Venues, subject to availability. 

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries on or about 6/8/2026. Winner will be notified via email at the address provided.

• Response Time: Winner will have 48 hours to respond to the notification. If no response is received within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
• Conditions: Winner is unable to sell, transfer, or exchange tickets. If the winner is unable to attend the selected event, a new winner will be chosen. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
• Winner List: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Culture Pop Soda, ATTN: Noah Kahan Winner List, 64 Pleasant Street #300, Watertown, MA 02472, within 30 days of the end of the Entry Period.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Culture Pop Soda, the performing artist (Noah Kahan), the selected venue, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or TikTok. Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and home state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

7. MARKETING CONSENT: By submitting your information, you consent to receive marketing communications (e.g., promos, cart reminders) from Culture Pop Soda at the email and/or number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link.
